I have to say what a pleasant experience i have had with this company, i ordered 3 vertical blinds for my conservatory and they arrived within only 2 days, i had them fitted the same day by my husband who said they went up a treat. They were good on price and very helpful on the telephone....

I placed an order at www.orionblinds.co.uk as their Blinds looked good, and the delivery stated within 5 - 7 days. Just what I was looking for! After calling and emailing several times, my blinds arrived 8 weeks later. They were not even close to the ones I ordered! I emailed them again, and to their credit, they replied immediately to say the correct blinds would be with me within 2 days. Even after 2 weeks they did not arrive. I contacted them again to return the wrong items, and cancel the order. No surprise that I have not had a reply, the correct blinds, or a refund. Orion Blinds are not worth the effort or the money. What a horrible shopping experience. The company should not be trading like that, and should not be allowed to treat customers the way they do. ...
