This is a little gem of a shop, having travelled all around the area, Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich and into all the large shops in London i found the fabric i wanted in the local shop in tiptree!! make no mistake this is no normal village shop can honestly say this had the biggest selection of anwhere id been, prices were ok suited all budgets, parking free next door and lovely welcoming and knowledgeable staff, wish id come here first but will never go anywhere else again.. lesson learnt shop local FIRST!!!!!!
